Selling Palm City Apartments was the second commercial property I was able to sell using the services of Ryan Jackson. He had a comprehensive knowledge of every document that had been sent and could easily answer whatever question I had - whether it was related to the contract, addendums that had been signed, tenant leases, or property equipment lists. Ryan helped me consider the pros and cons of every decision I made while settling the terms of the sale. On more than one occasion, my denial of some of the Buyer’s requests could have potentially collapsed the deal; however, I always had Ryan’s complete support. Never once did I feel pressured into agreeing to something just so that the deal could be made and a commission secured.
